Returns

​You may return any unopened and unused items in a resalable condition to us within 30 days of receipt.

​To be eligible for a return:
​You the buyer must take reasonable care of the goods. If you fail to do so, we at Haroshee reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct a charge based on the condition of the goods.

​The good(s) must be returned in a resalable condition. It must be unused, unopened or altered in any way and must have all original seals intact.

​All original bags, tags, boxes and packaging must be present, intact and undamaged

​Refunds

​Once your returned item(s) has been received by us and duly inspected, you will be notified about the outcome and status of your return. 

​If your returns are approved, you will receive the refund within a number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


​Return Shipping

​You (the buyer) will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping cost.

​Please note that return shipping cost are non-refundable unless the item(s) sent were faulty/damaged in transit or the wrong item(s) were sent by mistake. 

​We advise that you use a trackable shipping service when returning items.

​Until returned items have been received by us, you are responsible for the items if they are lost, damaged or destroyed.  ​​​​​​​

​If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Contact us if you have any questions on returning your item to us.
